Optional tours and lunch

On Saturday 13 June you can choose to join one of the optional tours below.

Half-day tours don't include lunch and delegates can register for the optional lunch at The Hurlingham Club should they wish to. 

The Windsor full-day tour includes lunch, guide, entry tickets and transportation. 

Tours and lunch at The Hurlingham Club are not included in your conference registration and will require an additional fee as specified below. VAT at 20% will be added at check out.

European Regional Meeting

As in previous years, this year’s World Conference is combined with the local region’s conference to leverage firm attendance. Therefore there will be a European regional meeting within the 2026 World conference to pick up matters and issues discussed at the 2025 European conference in Athens. Led by the European regional committee, the meeting will focus on the regional level plan, work done to date and agree on priorities for the next 6-12 months.
